School Refurbishment Projects at Burgess Hill Girls

Everestmiles Contractors have delivered a number of significant refurbishment and improvement projects at Burgess Hill Girls, supporting the school with upgrades to key operational and communal spaces. Our work has included both planned refurbishment programmes and major reinstatement works following a fire, demonstrating our ability to manage complex, phased projects in busy education environments.

Scope of work included:

• Complete reconfiguration and refurbishment of the school dining hall and kitchen servery, including strip-out, rewiring, new lighting, flooring, kitchen and suspended ceiling installation
• Major refurbishment of the Facilities Management building following fire damage, including full strip-out, roof repairs, new kitchen and bathrooms, full rewire, plumbing and heating upgrades, layout alterations, new flooring, plastering and full decoration
• Staff room refurbishment including wallpaper removal, replastering, restoration of original parquet flooring and full redecoration

Summary

These projects required close coordination with the school and careful planning to ensure works were delivered safely and efficiently. The phased reinstatement of the facilities building and upgrades to key areas have created modern, functional spaces that support the day-to-day running of the school.
