The project included reconfiguring the layout, upgrading services, and delivering high‑quality finishes throughout. Our team managed the works from initial strip‑out through to final decoration, ensuring a smooth programme and a standout result.

Our team delivered a complete internal transformation, covering:
- Strip‑out & preparation: Removal of all existing finishes, fixtures and outdated services.
- Reconfiguration & structural works: Formation of new openings, layout adjustments and structural alterations to engineer’s specification.
- Services upgrade: Full rewiring, new lighting design, upgraded heating, plumbing alterations and improved insulation.
- Joinery & carpentry: New stud partitions, doors, skirting, architraves and bespoke elements as required.
- Kitchen & bathroom installation: Complete fit‑out including units, appliances, sanitaryware, tiling and associated works.
- Finishes: Plastering, flooring installation and full internal decoration.
- External works: Localised repairs and making good to ensure compliance and a clean finish.
- Handover: Snagging, certification and Building Control coordination.
